MEVA counts on your know-how and experience. Not your title or status
We offer interesting professional challenges with the possibility of further development. What we are looking for is creativity, expertise, ability and the willingness to learn. Your title, status, age, gender or positions are secondary.
Every staff member is fostered on the basis of an individual training and development programme with short and medium term objectives. We offer courses for a range of subjects (languages, technical expertise, industrial management, communication, marketing etc.).
Our teams at the headquarter, in the company branches and subsidiaries, the logistics centres and national sales and engineering offices are streamlined and organised around the customer benefit that drives our business. We know that the quality of our human resources is a prerequisite for quality in our products and services. We put a big effort in creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment that gives scope for development and growth.
Human Resources Policy
Achieving the exceptional is not left to chance. Qualified, committed professionals are a backbone for MEVA´s international success. Indeed, MEVA´s organisational structure reflects the company´s strong commitment to a professional and long-term human resources policy. Recruiting, selecting, training, developing and enabling staff is a senior management responsibility. A special personnel team reports directly to the owner and managing director.
Your initiative is welcome. You are welcome to apply.
MEVA Formwork Systems for today's Construction Industry
The MEVA brand stands for technically advanced, high-quality formwork systems, for ongoing development, for innovation and expertise as well as professional engineering and services in concrete contracting. We have influenced and advanced the formwork industry for more than forty years. We are dedicated to developing and improving standards wherever concrete is poured. We are committed to safety and worker protection wherever our products are used and beyond. Many of our own developments have become industry standards in their own right.
Family owned and managed
We are a family-managed company headed by the second generation. Our organisational hierarchy is flat. Despite having grown to over 500 employees, we have cultured and developed our tradition as a family-run company. We deliberately avoid the bureaucracy and anonymity of large corporations. We are and shall remain a global family. Teamwork is a must for us, not an option. We make decisions jointly, quickly and responsibly. Mistakes are chances for learning and improving rather than mere correction.
Centred around customer benefit - close to the client.
The scope of our activities and client base is international. As boundaries soften or vanish, our customers themselves face global competition. We are ready and poised for this development. From a career point of view, this opens up opportunities in an exciting, global community, breaking through language and cultural barriers that seemed impermeable a decade ago. We foster the agility that the present and future require of us.
It's me. It's You. More than just formwork starts with the individual
No one is treated like a number. Our management teams are specially trained to identify and foster personal strengths. Your advancement is explicitly demanded. Your motivation is an essential parameter, not a by-product. Working smart is better than working hard. Quality time is more important than quantity. Flexible working hours are a result of this, not a cause. We called it time trust. Enough said!
Advancement through learning and leadership
Standing still is moving backward. We'll keep you moving, learning and advancing your skills. We'll train you and have you trained in whatever expertise will help you do a better job. And your living and learning will be enriched by the community of colleagues with whom you exchange ideas and know-how on a daily basis. Our engineering conferences are legendary testimony to this.
Your location is where you are. Or want to be.
We are at home in many countries and on several continents. We need your expertise and resources wherever our customers are. Check out MEVA locations and find where you may want to be at home. The headquarter is one option. It's not the only one. The town of Haiterbach is about 10 km away from the nearest bigger town, Nagold, about 40 km south of the state capital Stuttgart. The region is known as the Northern Black Forest which leads down southward to Lake Constance. Heard of the cuckoo clock? It's something like a national symbol. And you'll hear several of them ticking away behind reception at the headquarters main entrance. MEVA manufactures formwork in 4 industrial plants. There are also engineering departments, support units, sales and customer service. We support our clients - concrete contractors - by selling and renting formwork for them to do the job and then return the equipment to us for cleaning and maintenance. We also provide engineering know how for projects to be built successfully. Check out our career openings or ...
